 1.  The  Notice  of  Proposed  Rule  Making  in  this  proceeding  (DA  03-  3561),  released  November  14,  2003,  proposed  the  allotment  of  DTV  channel  38  at  Pocatello,  Idaho.  However,  the 
 rule  making  number  was  identified  incorrectly.  The  correct  rule  making  is  RM-  10698.  The  comment  and  reply  comment  period  remains  unchanged.
