 On  December  16,  2003,  in  DA  03-  4028,  the  Commission  granted  CenturyTel,  Inc’s  motion  for  extension  of  time  to  file  comments  and  reply  comments  regarding  Western  Wireless 
 Corporation’s  Petition  for  Rulemaking  to  Eliminate  Rate-  of-  Return  Regulation  of  Incumbent  Local  Exchange  Carriers,  Report  No.  2638  (November  19,  2003).  This  Erratum  is  being  released 
 correcting  the  following  error  in  DA  03-  4028: 
 1.  In  the  introduction  paragraph,  delete  the  revised  comment  and  reply  comment  deadlines  “January  16,  2003  and  February  13,  2003”  and  replace  with  “January  16,  2004 
 and  February  13,  2004.”
