 By  the  Chief,  Enforcement  Bureau: 
 1.  On  January  2,  2004,  the  Enforcement  Bureau  released  a  Notice  of  Apparent  Liability  for  Forfeiture  in  the  above-  captioned  proceeding.  With  the  issuance  of  this  erratum,  we  correct  a  numbering 
 error  in  the  released  Notice  of  Apparent  Liability  for  Forfeiture. 
 2.  This  erratum  amends  the  Notice  of  Apparent  Liability  for  Forfeiture  by  correcting  the  DA  Number  by  changing  it  from  “DA  04-  4118”  to  “DA  03-  4118”  in  each  instance  it  appears  in  the  document.
