 By  the  Chief,  Telecommunications  Access  Policy  Division,  Wireline  Competition  Bureau: 
 On  December  24,  2003,  the  Wireline  Competition  Bureau  released  a  Public  Notice  in  CC  Docket  No.  96-  45  (DA  03-  4071)  with  an  attached  spreadsheet  announcing  estimated  state-  by-  state  non-  rural 
 high-  cost  support  amounts  for  2004.  1  This  erratum  amends  the  spreadsheet  attached  to  the  Public  Notice.  The  amended  spreadsheet  includes  revised  support  estimates  based  on  the  inclusion  of  the  Kentucky 
 LXTNKYXA  wire  center,  which  had  been  inadvertently  omitted,  in  the  model’s  cost  estimates.
