 On  January  30,  2004,  an  order  was  issued  (DA  04-  156)  denying  a  slamming  complaint  against  MCI.  Due  to  an  administrative  error,  the  adopted  date  was  listed  as  June  23,  2004  and 
 the  release  date  was  listed  as  June  30,  2004.  This  erratum  corrects  the  adopted  date  to  January  23,  2004  and  the  release  date  to  January  30,  2004.
