 On  January  29,  2004,  the  Satellite  Division  granted  SES  Americom's,  Inc.  's  application  to  continue  operating  the  tracking, 
 telemetry  and  command  ("  TT&  C")  systems  on  its  GSTAR  4  satellite,  with  conditions.

 On  January  30,  2004,  the  Satellite  Division  granted  SES  Americom's,  Inc.  's  application  with  conditions. 
 S2422  SAT-  STA-  20031224-  00366  PANAMSAT  LICENSEE  CORP. 


 The  Satellite  Division  granted  PanAmSat  Licensee  Corporation's  application  to  relocate  GALAXY  XII,  callsign  S2422  from  74 
 degree  WL  to  125.25  degree  WL  and  operate  the  satellite's  tracking,  telemetry  and  command  ("  TT&  C")  for  the  period  of 
 February  3,  2004  to  August  1,  2004,  with  conditions.
