 ERRATUM  to  the  Policy  Branch  Information  Accepted  for  Filing  Public  Notice,  Report  No.  SAT-  190,  released  on  02/  06/  2004,  inadvertently  listed  the  incorrect 
 frequency  bands  associated  with  the  application  of  SES  Americom,  file  number  SAT-  LOA-  20031218-  00358.  The  Public  Notice  is  accordingly  revised  to  delete 
 the  erroneous  frequency  bands  and  amended  to  read  as  follows:
