 FCC  WIRELINE  COMPETITION  BUREAU  ANNOUNCES  ASSISTANT  CHIEF  OF  THE  PRICING  POLICY  DIVISION 
 Washington,  D.  C.  –  Today,  William  Maher,  Bureau  Chief  of  the  Federal  Communications  Commission’s  (FCC)  Wireline  Competition  Bureau,  made  the  following 
 personnel  promotion: 
 Jennifer  McKee  has  been  promoted  to  Assistant  Chief  of  the  Pricing  Policy  Division.  Ms.  McKee  has  been  an  Attorney  Advisor  in  the  Pricing  Policy  Division  since  April  1999. 
 Ms.  McKee  has  worked  on  voice  over  Internet  protocol  (VoIP)  issues,  access  charge  reform  rulemaking  proceedings,  tariff  investigations,  and  pricing  issues  in  section  271  applications. 


 Ms.  McKee  received  her  J.  D.  from  the  Georgetown  University  Law  Center  and  her  B.  A.  from  Syracuse  University’s  S.  I.  Newhouse  School  of  Public  Communications.
