On February 12, 2004, the Commission released a Report and Order, FCC 04- 20, in the above captioned proceeding. This erratum corrects the following minor errors: (1) In Paragraph 23, the second and third sentences are replaced with the following text: In the 70/ 80/ 90 GHz Report and Order, we have recently removed footnote US377 from our Rules. In order to implement the WRC- 2000 realignment, seven of the remaining eight United States footnotes must also be removed from our Rules. However, upon further review, we decline to remove footnote US370 at this time because it is not within the frequency range at issue in this proceeding.
