 Public  Notice  (DA-  04-  667)  in  the  above  captioned  proceeding,  released  March  12,  2004,  inadvertently  gave  the  incorrect  demonstration  date  of  the  new  proposed  MyIBFS  system  home 
 page,  account  management  functionality,  and  interactive  312EZ  filing  process  for  satellite  earth  stations.  This  erratum  corrects  the  March  25,  2003  date  to  March  25,  2004.
