 Released:  March  16,  2004 
 1.  On  January  20,  2004,  a  Notice  of  Proposed  Rule  Making  (“  Notice”)  1  ,  DA  04-  72,  was  released  in  this  proceeding,  proposing  the  reallotment  of  Channel  278A  from  Russellville,  Alabama  to  Littleville, 
 Alabama,  and  the  modification  of  the  authorization  for  Station  WMXV  to  reflect  the  change. 
 2.  In  the  heading  of  the  Notice,  the  rule  making  number  was  incorrectly  listed.  We  amend  the  Notice  to  show  RM  Number  10834  in  lieu  of  RM  Number  10843.
