 On  March  17,  2004,  the  Commission  released  a  Notice  of  Inquiry  (FCC  No.  04-  55)  initiating  its  fourth  inquiry  under  section  706  of  the  Telecommunications  Act  of  1996  into 
 whether  advanced  telecommunications  capability  is  being  deployed  to  all  Americans  in  a  reasonable  and  timely  fashion.  This  Errata  corrects  FCC  No.  04-  55  by  adding  the  High-  Speed 
 Services  for  Internet  Access  Report:  Status  as  of  June  30,  2003  as  Appendix  A,  which  is  referenced  in  paragraph  18  and  footnote  9.
