 FCC  Commissioner  Copps  Reacts  to  the  9  th  Circuit’s  Broadband  Decision 


 FCC  Commissioner  Michael  Copps  made  the  following  statement  today  on  the  decision  of  the  Ninth  Circuit  Court  of  Appeals  to  uphold  its  cable  modem  ruling: 
 “This  is  a  good  day  for  consumers  and  Internet  entrepreneurs.  I  look  forward  to  the  start  of  a  fresh  dialogue  on  broadband  service  at  the  FCC.”
