 Released:  April  1,  2004 


 On  March  31,  2004,  the  Media  Bureau  released  a  Public  Notice,  DA  04-  903,  announcing  an  extension  of  certain  filing  deadlines.  This  erratum  amends  the  Notice  as  follows: 


 Amend  the  FCC  Forms  323/  323E  License  Renewal  Ownership  Report  filing  requirement  to  read: 
 “·  FCC  Forms  323/  323E  –  License  Renewal  Ownership  Report.  Commercial  and  noncommercial  educational  radio  stations  in  Indiana,  Kentucky,  and  Tennessee.”
