Intelsat North America LLC S2592 SAT- PPL- 20040318- 00038 E Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List 03/ 18/ 2004 18: 00: 51: 11300 Date Filed: Intelsat North America LLC has filed an application notifying the Commission that it acquired Telstar 13 from Loral SpaceCom Corporation, Debtor- in- Possession (Loral) on March 17, 2004. Telstar 13 is an in- orbit satellite located at 121º W. L., licensed by Papua New Guinea, which has approved the satellite’s ownership change. The Commission added Telstar 13 to the Permitted Space Station List (Permitted List) with conditions on August 8, 2003. (See File No. SAT- PDR- 20020315- 00025.)
