The date for calculating the comment period for this application remains April 2, 2004. However, the following text replaces the description found on that Public Notice: On March 18, 2004, Intelsat North America LLC filed an application, No. SAT- PPL- 20040318- 00038, Call Sign S2620, announcing that it acquired Telstar 13, an in orbit satellite located at 121º W. L., from Loral SpaceCom Corporation, Debtor- in- Possession on March 17, 2004. Telstar 13 is licensed by Papua New Guinea and was added to the Commission's Permitted Space Station List on August 8, 2003. Order, 18 FCC Rcd 16374 (2003); File No. SAT- PDR- 20020315- 00025. Pursuant to the Intelsat- Loral Order, DA 04- 357, para. 69 (rel.
