 By  the  Chief,  Audio  Division: 
 1.  On  April  5,  2004,  a  multiple  Notice  of  Proposed  Rule  Making  (“  NPRM),  DA  04-  910,  was  released  setting  forth  the  reservation  of  vacant  Channel  252A  at  Canton,  Illinois  for  noncommercial 
 educational  (“  NCE”)  use,  as  requested  by  Illinois  State  University  and  Starboard  Media  Foundation,  Inc. 
 2.  Channel  252A  at  Canton  is  unavailable  for  NCE  use  because  Channel  252A  was  substituted  for  Channel  277A  at  Canton  in  MM  Docket  No.  01-  67  to  accommodate  the  allotment  of  Channel  252A  at 
 Abingdon,  Illinois.  1  As  such,  we  are  correcting  the  NPRM  to  propose  reservation  of  the  allotment  of  Channel  277A  in  lieu  of  Channel  252A  at  Canton,  Illinois  for  NCE  use.  The  reference  coordinates  for 
 Channel  *277A  at  Canton,  Illinois  are  40-  28-  27  NL  and  90-  03-  01  WL.
