 On  April  7,  2004,  the  Commission  issued  the  Public  Notice  for  Report  No.  2656  listing  Petitions  for  Reconsideration  of  Action  in  Rulemaking  Proceedings  in  CC  Docket  No.  96-  45. 
 The  Petitions  filed  by  David  L.  Sieradzki,  Steven  M.  Chernoff,  and  David  A.  LaFuria  on  02/  23/  04,  were  filed  in  accordance  with  Section  1.106  of  the  Commission’s  Rules. 
 Therefore,  the  petitions  are  hereby  removed  from  the  Public  Notice  for  Report  No.  2656,  and  no  additional  time  is  afforded  parties  to  address  the  petitions  due  to  the  release  of  this
