C. - John Muleta, Chief of the FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau has announced that Harry Wingo will serve in the Bureau Chief’s Office as a Legal Advisor. Mr. Wingo will be primarily responsible for matters involving the Bureau’s Auctions and Spectrum Access Division and special projects as requested by the Bureau Chief. Since January 2002, Mr. Wingo has served as a Special Counsel in the FCC’s Office of General Counsel. Before joining the Commission, he was an attorney at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and also served as a judicial clerk in the chambers of Judge James Robertson, U. S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to law school, Mr. Wingo served six years as a U. S. Navy SEAL officer. Mr. Wingo received a B.
