 The  FCC’s  Reference  Information  Center  (RIC)  will  close  on  Thursday  April  29,  2004, 
 from  noon  through  the  remainder  of  the  day.  The  RIC  will  open  on  Friday 
 for  the  regular  hours  of  operation.
