 1.  On  April  27,  2004,  a  Notice  of  Proposed  Rule  Making  (“  Notice”),  DA  04-  1077,  was  released  in  this  proceeding,  proposing  the  downgrade  of  Channel  265C2  to  Channel  265C3,  the  reallotment  of 
 Channel  265C3  from  Quanah  to  Iowa  Park,  Texas,  and  the  modification  of  the  license  for  Station  KIXC(  FM)  to  reflect  the  change. 


 2.  In  the  heading  of  the  Notice,  the  docket  number  was  incorrectly  listed.  We  amend  the  Notice  to  show  MB  Docket  No.  04-  162  in  lieu  of  MB  Docket  No.  04-  161.
