 1.  On  April  27,  2004,  a  Notice  of  Proposed  Rule  Making  (“  Notice”),  DA  04-  1078,  was  released  in  this  proceeding,  proposing  the  reallotment  of  Channel  272A  from  Wilmington  to  Mount  Sterling,  Ohio, 
 and  the  modification  of  the  license  for  Station  WKLN(  FM)  to  reflect  the  change. 
 2.  In  the  heading  of  the  Notice,  the  docket  number  was  incorrectly  listed.  We  amend  the  Notice  to  show  MB  Docket  No.  04-  161  in  lieu  of  MB  Docket  No.  04-  162.
