 By  the  Chief,  Audio  Division,  Media  Bureau: 
 1.  On  April  14,  2004,  a  multiple  Notice  of  Proposed  Rule  Making  (“  Notice”),  DA  04-  963,  was  released  setting  forth  the  reservation  of  vacant  Channel  227C3  at  Madras,  Oregon  for  noncommercial 
 educational  (“  NCE”)  use. 
 2.  The  Notice  listed  the  channel  number  and  reference  coordinates  for  Madras,  Oregon  incorrectly.  Radio  Bilingue,  Inc.,  filed  its  petition  for  rule  making  requesting  the  reservation  of  vacant 
 FM  Channel  251C1  at  Madras,  Oregon  for  NCE  use.  As  such,  we  amend  the  Notice  by  proposing  the  reservation  of  vacant  Channel  251C1  in  lieu  Channel  227C3  at  Madras,  Oregon  for  NCE  use.  The 
 reference  coordinates  for  Channel  *251C1  at  Madras,  Oregon  are  44-  50-  2  NL  and  120-  45-  55  WL.
