 On  May  14,  2004,  the  Commission  released  a  Notice  of  Proposed  Rulemaking  (Notice),  FCC  No.  04-  111,  seeking  comment  on  various  abbreviated  dialing  arrangements  that  could  be 
 used  by  state  “One  Call”  notification  systems  in  compliance  with  the  Pipeline  Safety  Improvement  Act  of  2002.  This  Errata  corrects  FCC  No.  04-  111  by  deleting  paragraph  34  under 
 Section  IV,  Procedural  Matters,  which  provides  instruction  on  submitting  comments  on  the  proposed  and/  or  modified  information  collections.  As  indicated  in  paragraph  27,  this  Notice 
 does  not  contain  a  proposed  or  modified  information  collection.
