 By  the  Assistant  Division  Chief,  Audio  Division,  Media  Bureau: 
 Paragraph  5  of  the  Report  and  Order  in  the  above  proceeding,  (DA  04-  1200),  released  May  4,  2004,  is  corrected  to  read  as  follows.  In  the  fourth  sentence,  “Channel  264C  at  Lumberton”  is  being  substituted  for 
 “Channel  287C2  at  Winnie.”  In  the  sixth  sentence,  “Lumberton  (population  8,731)”  is  being  substituted  for  “Winnie  (population  8,731)”  and  “Channel  264C  at  Lumberton”  is  being  substituted  for  “Channel  287C2  at
