 By  the  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau: 
 On  June  4,  2004,  the  Commission  released  Public  Notice  DA  04-  1632.  This  erratum  corrects  the  following  error  in  the  released  text: 


 1.  In  the  title,  delete  the  effective-  with-  receipts  date  “JUNE  21,  2004”  and  replace  with  “JULY  6,  2004.”
