 The  President  has  declared  June  11,  2004,  a  National  Day  of  Mourning  for  Federal  employees.  Accordingly,  the  Commission  will  be  closed  to  the  public  on  this  day.  All  filings,  paper  and 
 electronic,  due  on  June  11,  2004,  will  be  accepted  as  timely  on  the  next  official  business  day.  In  addition,  June  11,  2004  does  not  count  in  computing  periods  that  are  less  than  seven  days.  See
