 By  the  Chief,  Pricing  Policy  Division,  Wireline  Competition  Bureau: 
 1.  On  April  19,  2004,  the  Commission  released  Tariff  Review  Plans  (TRP)  in  the  above  captioned  proceeding  for  use  by  incumbent  rate-  of-  return  local  exchange  carriers  (LECs)  in  the  2004  interstate 
 annual  access  filing.  1  The  TRPs  display  basic  data  on  rate  development  in  a  consistent  manner,  thereby  facilitating  the  review  by  the  Commission  and  interested  parties  of  incumbent  LEC  rate  revisions. 


 2.  The  TRPs  include  several  forms  and  worksheets.  By  this  errata,  we  make  two  corrections  to  this  material.  First,  we  correct  the  formula  for  Cell  F12  of  the  ACR-  1  historical  and  projected  work  sheets  to 
 read:  “+  D14*+  E18.”  This  correction  removes  local  switching  support  from  the  local  switching  revenue  requirement  prior  to  applying  the  line  port  reallocation  factors.  2  Presently,  the  formula  for  Cell  F12 
 incorrectly  reads:  “+  B14*+  E18.”  Second,  we  eliminate  the  requirement  that  carriers  file  the  MAG-  1  and  MAG-  2  work  sheets.  The  MAG-  1  work  sheet  incorrectly  reallocates  the  transport  interconnection  charge 
 revenue  requirement  among  the  access  categories.  Rather  than  correct  this,  we  eliminate  this  work  sheet  along  with  the  related  MAG-  2  work  sheet  because  they  are  not  needed  in  this  filing. 


 3.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  pursuant  to  sections  201-  205  of  the  Communications  Act  of  1934,  as  amended,  47  U.  S.  C.  §§  201-  205,  and  the  authority  delegated  pursuant  to  sections  0.91  and  0.291 
 of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.91,  0.291,  that  the  Tariff  Review  Plan  IS  AMENDED  as  described  above.
