On June 10, 2004, a Notice of Proposed Rule Making (“ Notice”), DA 04- 1623, was released in this proceeding, proposing the reallotment of Channel 264C3 from Las Vegas to Pecos, New Mexico, and the modification of the license for Station KLVF( FM) (“ KLVF”) to reflect that change. In addition the Notice proposes the allotment of Channel 296A to Las Vegas, New Mexico. Subsequent to the adoption of the Notice, the Commission was informed that Meadows Media, LLC was the new licensee of Station KLVF and that the new licensee affirmed the instant petition for rule making. In this light, paragraphs 1 and 8 of the Notice must be changed as indicated below. 2. The following sentence should be added to paragraph 1 of the Notice: The current licensee of Station KLVF, Meadows Media, LLC, affirms the instant petition for rule making and states that if the Commission grants the proposals contained therein, the current licensee will file appropriate applications to effectuate those proposals. 3. The following sentence should replace the third sentence in paragraph 8 of the Notice: Additionally, a copy of such comments should be served on counsel for the current licensee of Station KLVF, as follows: Paul H.
