 This  erratum  corrects  the  above  caption  Public  Notice,  DA04-  969,  released  April  7,  2004  (19  FCC  Rcd  6329  (2004)),  which  granted  consent  to  assign  the  licenses  listed  therein  from  Nucentrix 
 Spectrum  Resources,  Inc.  (Debtor-  in-  Possession)  (“  Nucentrix”)  to  Nextel  Spectrum  Acquisition  Corporation,  as  follows: 


 Amend  the  list  of  licenses  to  remove  Markets  BTA144  (B144)  –  Flagstaff,  AZ,  and  BTA268  (B268)  –  McAllen,  TX,  and  all  associated  site  based  stations.  1
