Patrich at (202) 418- 7944 Email: lauren. patrich@ fcc. gov FCC WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU ANNOUNCES STAFF APPOINTMENTS Washington, D. C. – Today, John B. Muleta, Chief of the Federal Communications Commission’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau, announced two staff appointments. Dorothy Conway has been appointed an Associate Division Chief of the Bureau’s Spectrum Management Resources & Technologies Division, responsible for customer support, WTB’s Internet and Intranet, public forums, trade shows and booth, graphics development, and training for WTB system users. Since joining the Commission and the Bureau in 1997, Ms. Conway served as a senior analyst for licensing and auctions- related projects. Prior to joining the Commission, she was an analyst for both the U. S. Small Business Administration and the U. S. Coast Guard. Ms. Conway received a Bachelor of Science Degree in History and Education from the State University of New York, at Brockport, and a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University. Erin A. McGrath has been appointed an Assistant Division Chief of the Bureau’s Mobility Division, where she will oversee. Ms. McGrath will oversee the post- auction review process and secondary market transactions. Most recently, she served as an Attorney Advisor in the Bureau’s Spectrum and Competition Policy Division working on major transactions, bankruptcies, and leasing matters. Ms. McGrath joined the Commission in 2000 as an Attorney Advisor in the Bureau’s former Commercial Wireless Division. In that position, she was a member of the team handling major transactions and also worked on auction review, “designated entity” issues, tribal lands bidding credit, tower siting, and other licensing issues. Ms. McGrath received her law degree from the Benjamin N.
