L. orbital location and licensed by Brazil, to provide Direct- to- Home (DTH) services in the United States. HISPAMAR's authorization to include AMAZONAS- 1 satellite network was granted with conditions. One of the conditions states AMAZONAS- 1 is not authorized to provide any Direct- to- Home (DTH) services. L. for a period of up to 90 days following launch. Launch is scheduled for August 29, 2004. AMC- 15 is a Ku/ Ka- band hybrid satellite that SES Americom proposes to operate at the 105º W. L. orbital location. The Ku- band payload of AMC- 15 will replace the GSTAR- 4 Ku- band satellite (see File Nos.
