 On  January  30,  2004,  an  order  was  issued  (DA  04-  201)  1  that  addressed  a  complaint  alleging  slamming  by  LoTel,  Inc.  d/  b/  a  Coordinated  Billing  Services.  Due  to  an  administrative 
 error,  the  January  30,  2004  order,  which  referenced  IC  03-  S84045,  should  have  instead  referenced  IC  03-  S85045. 


 IT  IS  FURTHER  ORDERED  that  this  Order  is  effective  upon  release.
