 Released:  September  10,  2004 
 By  the  Chief,  Spectrum  Enforcement  Division: 
 On  September  9,  2004,  the  Enforcement  Bureau  released  a  Forfeiture  Order  ,  DA  04-  2890,  in  the  above-  captioned  proceeding.  This  erratum  corrects  paragraph  1  to  read  as  follows: 


 “In  this  Forfeiture  Order  (“  Order”),  we  issue  a  monetary  forfeiture  in  the  amount  of  ten  thousand  dollars  ($  10,000)  to  ESI  Companies,  Inc.  (“  ESI”),  for  willful  violation  of  Section  301  of  the 
 Communications  Act  of  1934,  as  amended  (“  Act”).  1  The  noted  violation  involves  ESI’s  operation  of  a  maritime  radio  station  on  the  frequency  156.8050  MHz  without  Commission 
 authorization.”
