 In  accordance  with  our  earlier  communications,  this  letter  is  to  request  the  [NAME  OF  TRIBE]  ’s  review  of  a  planned  site  for  a  communications  tower  for  its 
 impact  on  properties  of  religious  and  cultural  importance  to  the  Tribe.  Enclosed  with  this  letter,  per  our  agreement,  are  the  following  materials:

 Except  to  the  extent  that  we  have  agreed  otherwise,  the  “Voluntary  Best  Practices  for  Expediting  The  Process  of  Communications  Tower  and  Antenna
