Page 35 of the Eligible Services List: Delete the term “proxy servers” from the entry for Gateway, so that the second sentence in the Eligibility section states: “The use of gateways or other devices for caching or other ineligible function is not eligible.” 2. Page 45 of the Eligible Services List: Delete the term “not eligible” from the third column of the entry for Proxy Server. 3. Page 47 of the Eligible Services List: Delete the terms “proxy services” and “security” from the entry for Router, so that the second sentence in the Eligibility section reads: Some products may have modules or features that are not eligible, such as functionality for content filtering, management, caching, and Virtual Private Networks.
