 The  applications  listed  below  have  been  found,  upon  initial  review,  to  be  acceptable  for  filing.  The  Commission  reserves  the  right  to  return  any  of  the  applications  if,  upon  further  examination,  it  is  determined  the  application  is  not  in

 On  November  1,  2004,  EchoStar  Satellite  L.  L.  C.  filed  a  $3  million  performance  bond,  payable  to  the  U.  S.  Treasury,  as  required  by 
 its  space  station  authorization  to  launch  and  operate  a  satellite  at  109º  W.  L.  (See  Order  and  Authorization  DA  04-  3163,  released 
 September  30,  2004). 


 Please  note:  Due  to  technical  difficulties,  this  bond  is  not  viewable  via  "IBFS's  Quick  Reports  >>  Most  Recent  Space  Station  Bonds
