 ERRATUM

 By  the  Chief,  Office  of  Engineering  and  Technology: 
 1.  On  October  21,  2004,  the  Commission  released  a  Seventh  Report  and  Order,  FCC  04-  246,  in  the  above  captioned  proceeding.  This  erratum  makes  the  following  corrections  to  the  Seventh  Report  and 
 Order: 
 (a)  Revise  paragraph  36  by  replacing  the  designation  of  the  new  footnote  to  the  Table  of  Frequency  Allocations  in  Section  2.106  1  listed  therein,  “US391”,  with  “US393”. 


 (b)  Revise  amendatory  instruction  4  (b)  of  Appendix  C:  Final  Rules  by  replacing  the  designation  of  the  footnote  to  the  Table  of  Frequency  Allocations  in  Section  2.106  added  therein,  “US391”,  with 
 “US393”. 
 (c)  Revise  the  final  rules  listed  under  amendatory  instruction  4  of  Appendix  C:  Final  Rules,  for  Section  2.106,  Table  of  Frequency  Allocations,  as  follows: 


 (1)  On  page  47,  revise  the  table  entry  for  frequency  band  2160-  2170  MHz,  in  the  International  Table,  Region  2  (column  2),  by  deleting  the  reference  to  footnote  “5.388A”. 
 (2)  On  page  48,  revise  the  table  entries  for  frequency  band  2025-  2110  MHz  as  follows: 
 (i)  In  the  Federal  Government  Table  (column  4),  replace  the  reference  to  footnote  “US391”  with  “US393”.

 (ii)  In  the  Non-  Federal  Government  Table  (column  5),  replace  the  reference  to  footnote  “US391”  with  “US393”  and  delete  the  reference  to  footnote  “NG23”. 
 (3)  In  the  list  of  United  States  (US)  footnotes,  revise  the  new  footnote  designated  as  “US391”  by  redesignating  it  as  “US393”. 
 (4)  In  the  list  of  Federal  Government  (G)  footnotes,  revise  footnote  G2  by  replacing  the  parenthetical  clause  “(  except  as  provided  by  US217)”  with  “(  except  as  provided  by  US217  and  G129)”. 
 2.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that  this  Erratum  IS  ISSUED  pursuant  to  Section  0.241  of  the  Commission’s  rules  on  delegated  authority,  47  C.  F.  R.  §  0.241,  and  that  these  corrections  SHALL  BE 
 INCLUDED  in  the  Seventh  Report  and  Order  prior  to  its  publication  in  the  Federal  Register  and  FCC  Record.
