 Released:  November  23,  2004 
 By  the  Assistant  Chief,  Enforcement  Bureau: 
 On  November  22,  2004,  the  Commission  released  Pilot  Travel  Centers,  L.  L.  C.,  Notice  of  Apparent  Liability  for  Forfeiture,  FCC  04-  272  (“  NAL”).  By  this  Erratum,  we  correct  the  second  sentence 
 of  paragraph  5,  which  listed  the  wrong  states  for  Casa  Grande  and  Quartzsite.  The  corrected  phrases  in  paragraph  5  should  read: 


 “…  Casa  Grande,  Arizona;  Quartzsite,  Arizona  …”. 
 When  the  NAL  is  published  in  the  FCC  Record,  it  will  contain  the  corrections  referenced  herein.
