 The  Public  Notice  in  the  above-  captioned  proceeding,  released  on  November  19,  2004,  DA  No.  04-  3667,  is  corrected  as  indicated  in  this  Erratum.  The  corrected  version  will  be 
 published  in  the  FCC  Record.  In  addition,  the  corrected  version  will  be  posted  on  the  Wireline  Competition  Bureau,  Competition  Policy  Division’s  website. 


 The  referenced  Public  Notice  was  released  with  an  incorrect  Docket  number.  The  number  on  the  Public  Notice,  WC  Docket  No.  04-  417,  is  assigned  to  the  domestic  Section  214 
 application  filed  for  the  transfer  of  control  of  Layerone  Holdings,  Inc.,  to  Switch  &  Data  Facilities  Company,  Inc.  The  correct  docket  number  for  the  Cypress  Communications  Operating 
 Company  streamlined  Section  214  proceeding  is  WC  Docket  No.  04-  418.
