 The  amendment  to  the  Region  5  Public  Safety  Plan,  previously  granted  by  Public  Notice  DA  04-  3810  December  2,  2004,  has  been  changed  to  include  authorization  to  operate  on 
 Channel  776  (868.3125  MHz)  in  Orange  County.  Channel  776  was  inadvertently  omitted  from  the  December  2,  2004,  Public  Notice  granting  the  Plan  amendment.
