C. – The Federal Communications Commission today entered into a Consent Decree with Samson Technologies, Inc. (“ Samson”) that resolves possible violations of 47 U. S. C. § 302a( b) and 47 C. F. R. § 2.803( a) concerning Samson’s importation and marketing of certain models of multi- track music recording devices. As part of the Consent Decree, Samson will make a $26,500 voluntary payment to the U. S. Treasury and will implement a Compliance Plan aimed at preventing future violations of the Commission’s equipment regulations.
