 By  the  Deputy  Chief,  Policy  Division,  Media  Bureau: 
 1.  On  December  30,  2004,  the  Media  Bureau  released  a  Memorandum  Opinion  and  Order,  DA  04-  4072,  in  the  above-  captioned  proceeding.  This  erratum  clarifies  the  released  document.  The 
 second  sentence  in  the  first  paragraph  should  be  corrected  to  read  as  follows:  ‘SureWest  seeks  to  operate  an  open  video  system  for  the  Whitney  Oaks  and  Whitney  Ranch  areas  of  the  City  of  Rocklin,  California 
 (the  “Service  Area’).  ’
