On January 10, 2005, the Commission released an Order and Authorization (DA 05- 50) in the above captioned proceeding. This Erratum corrects Ordering Clause 57 to read as follows: 57. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that MSV must construct, launch and place its authorized satellite into operation in accordance with the technical parameters and terms and conditions of this authorization by these specified time periods following the date of authorization: A: Enter into a binding non- contingent contract to construct the licensed satellite system by January 11, 2006. B: Complete the Critical Design Review of the licensed satellite system by January 11, 2007. C: Begin the construction of the satellite by January 11, 2008.
