On January 6, 2005, the Commission released a Report and Order (FCC 04- 286) in the above- captioned proceeding. This Erratum corrects paragraph 91 by revising the fifth sentence of the paragraph to read as follows: “The Bureau will then issue a notice requiring all Ku- band ESV operators to cease operations in the 14.0- 14.2 GHz band within 125 km of the new TDRSS site until they coordinate with NTIA/ IRAC regarding the new site.” 2. In Appendix B, the amendatory instruction 2. c for Section 2.106 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F. R. § 2.106 is revised as follows: “c. In the list of non- Federal Government footnotes, add footnotes NG180, NG181, NG182, NG183, and NG184.” 3. In Appendix B, page 55 of the Table of Frequency Allocations in Section 2.106 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F. R. § 2. 106, is revised by changing the heading from “3700- 5650 MHz (SHF)” to “3700- 5570 MHz (SHF)”. 4. In Appendix B, page 64 of the Table of Frequency Allocations in Section 2.106 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F. R. § 2. 106, is revised by (a) adding a reference to footnote NG184 in the non- Federal Government Table for the band 11. 7- 12.2 GHz; and (b) adding “FIXED- SATELLITE (space- to- Earth)” to Region 3 of the International Table for the band 12.2- 12.5 GHz. 5. In Appendix B, page 66 of the Table of Frequency Allocations in Section 2.106 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F. R. § 2. 106, is revised by (a) placing footnotes 5.457A and 5.457B in numeric order in the International Table for the bands 14- 14.25 GHz, 14.25- 14.3 GHz and 14.3- 14.4 GHz; and (b) adding a reference to footnote NG184 in the non- Federal Government Table for the band 14. 2- 14.47 GHz. 6.
