SAT- STA- 20041215- 00221 and SAT- STA- 20041229- 00230.) PanAmSat seeks to operate Galaxy 3R at 73.95° W. L. to maintain C- band capabilities in the vicinity of 74° W. L. Operations of Galaxy 3R pursuant to this STA will be on a non- interference basis. Uplink TT& C transmissions on Galaxy 3R will occur at either 5935.0 MHz (horizontal) or 6415.0 MHz (vertical) and downlink TT& C transmissions will occur at 4198.5 MHz and 4199.625 MHz.
