C.: The Federal Communications Commission today issued a Memorandum Opinion and Order denying a complaint by the Parents Television Council alleging that WBDC Broadcasting, Inc., licensee of Station WBDC( TV), Washington, DC, and other television stations affiliated with the WB Network, aired indecent material during a November 19, 2003 episode of the “Angel” program. The Commission concluded that the episode was not sufficiently explicit or graphic to be indecent.
