 1.  On  February  22,  2005,  the  Commission  released  a  Report  and  Order  and  Notice  of  Proposed  Rulemaking,  FCC  04-  287,  in  the  above-  captioned  proceeding.  This  erratum  makes  the  following 
 corrections: 
 2.  On  page  37,  paragraph  76,  in  the  second  sentence,  the  phrase  “within  24  months  of  the  initial  date  of  grant  of  license  F;”  is  changed  to  read  as  “within  24  months  of  the  initial  date  of  grant  of  any  new 


 license;.” 
 3.  In  addition,  because  there  are  no  proposed,  new,  or  modified  PRA  information  collection  requirements  in  the  Report  and  Order  and  Notice  of  Proposed  Rulemaking,  the  Paperwork  Reduction  Act 


 (PRA)  analysis  contained  in  paragraphs  184-  186  should  be  replaced  with  the  following: 
 184.  This  document  does  not  contain  any  proposed,  new,  or  modified  information  collection  subject  to  the  Paperwork  Reduction  Act  of  1995 


 (PRA),  Public  Law  104-  13.  In  addition,  therefore,  it  does  not  contain  any  new  or  modified  “information  collection  burden  for  small  business
