C. 20554 In the Matter of Amendment of Part 22 of the Commission’s Rules To Benefit the Consumers of Air- Ground Telecommunications Services Biennial Regulatory Review— Amendment of Parts 1, 22, and 90 of the Commission’s Rules Amendment of Parts 1 and 22 of the Commission's Rules To Adopt Competitive Bidding Rules for Commercial and General Aviation Air- Ground Radiotelephone Service Application of Verizon Airfone Inc. for Renewal of 800 MHz Air- Ground Radiotelephone License, Call Sign KNKG804 ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) WT Docket No. 03- 103 WT Docket No. 05- 42 File No. 0001716212 ERRATUM Released: April 1, 2005 By the Deputy Chief, Mobility Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau: 1. On February 22, 2005, the Commission released a Report and Order and Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 04- 287, in the above- captioned proceeding. This erratum makes the following corrections: 2. In paragraph 163, Section 22.655 should have been deleted, rather than amended. Thus, the first sentence of that paragraph should be replaced with “We eliminate Section 22.655 so that we no longer require licensees engaged in trunked mobile operations to measure and report channel usage.” 3. In addition, because the channels listed in Section 22.725 remain available for assignment to basic exchange telephone radio systems (BETRS), the second sentence of paragraph 166 should be revised to read “Because the channels listed in Section 22.757 are no longer available for assignment to BETRS, these rules are outdated.” 4. Finally, in Appendix B, paragraph 51 contains a typographical error, and the revised text of the rule was inadvertently omitted. We correct these errors so that paragraph 51 reads as follows: 51. Revise Section 22.757 in its entirety to read as follows: § 22.757 Channels for basic exchange telephone radio systems. The channels listed in § 22.725 are also allocated for paired assignment to transmitters in basic exchange telephone radio systems. 1 Federal Communications Commission 2 5. These corrections will be incorporated in the Report and Order and Notice of Proposed Rulemaking prior to publication in the Federal Register and FCC Record.
