On March 16, 2005, the Commission released a Report and Order, FCC 05- 70, in the above-captioned proceeding. By this Erratum, we make the following corrections: 2. In paragraph 19 of the text, we revise footnote 5.134 to read “encouraged” instead of “urged.” 3. In paragraph 140 of the text, we add two new sentences to the end of the paragraph to read as follows: Sixth, in accordance with the 2004 edition of the ITU Radio Regulations, we are amending twelve international footnotes in order to add notes by the ITU Secretariat and to update the existing note to international footnote 5.552A. 272 The ITU Secretariat revised these footnotes because, while WRC- 03 had revised eight Resolutions and abrogated one Resolution, the conference neglected to update the footnotes to reflect these actions. 4. Footnotes 272- 326 in the text are renumbered as footnotes 273- 327. 5. Fourth, we are revising Section 97.303( f)( 4) by deleting duplicative information (space telecommand is a subset of the space operation service), by revising the 449.75- 450.25 MHz segment in order to recognize that amateur stations are not authorized to transmit in the 450.00- 450.25 MHz segment, and by correcting the spelling of the word “interference.” Accordingly, Section 97.303( f)( 4) will read as follows: No amateur station transmitting in the 449.75- 450. 00 MHz segment shall cause interference to, nor is protected from interference due to the operation of stations in, the space operation and space research services. 7. In paragraph 177 of the text, we revise “Section 90.303( k)” to read “Section 97.303( k)”. 8. (3) On pages 37 and 38, list “Wireless Communications (27) only once in the band 2500- 2690 MHz. (4) On page 47, move footnote G32 from the bottom of the boxes that represent the bands 10- 10.45 GHz and 10.45- 10.5 GHz to the right of “RADIOLOCATION” in the Federal Table. (d) In the list of International Footnotes, we make the following amendments to international footnotes: (1) Footnote 5.58 is revised to read as follows: Additional allocation: in Armenia, Azerbaijan, the Russian Federation, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, the band 67- 70 kHz is also allocated to the radionavigation service on a primary basis.
